Master Data Administrator

About the role

The Master Data Administrator will join the Operational Team within Master Data on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in Marlow, you will support the UK Master Data team by coordinating and entering material, customer, pricing and promotion data, and assisting the Master Data Manager on strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master‑data records in SAP for materials, customers, pricing and promotions.
• Validate incoming data change requests and resolve issues before they are applied.
• Perform periodic data‑cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Generate routine and ad‑hoc reports on returns, pricing, promotions and sales order processing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial Sales, Customer Services, Warehouse and senior management to align data requirements.
• Provide key‑user support, guidance and training for master‑data queries.
• Assist the Master Data Manager and Coordinator on strategic projects and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Experience working with SAP master‑data modules.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies.
• Good organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom for the contract duration.
