Mathematics Teacher – Flexible School Placements

About the role

Flexzo Teach links passionate Mathematics Teachers with schools across Parsonage and the wider Manchester area. The platform offers short‑term, long‑term and permanent teaching assignments, allowing educators to set their own schedules and rates while delivering high‑quality maths lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that build confidence and problem‑solving skills.
• Adapt complex algebraic, geometric and statistical concepts for diverse learners, including SEND students.
• Maintain a focused, respectful classroom environment through effective behaviour management.
• Collaborate with school maths departments and support staff to ensure curriculum alignment.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE preferred; extensive school‑based maths teaching experience is valued.
• Deep understanding of the UK national curriculum for Mathematics.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) and right to work in the UK.
