Media Sales Executive – OOH Advertising (Shoreditch, London)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Media Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing out‑of‑home advertising company in Shoreditch. This is a new‑business, tele‑sales position focused on generating and closing billboard advertising deals across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets and daily KPIs.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling and leveraging an existing contact database.
• Become an expert in OOH billboard advertising and demonstrate its value to clients.
• Take a strategic, organised approach to lead generation, appointment setting and pipeline management.
• Book client meetings, nurture relationships and close sales to grow the customer base.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of results.
• Resilient, hungry to win and able to handle rejection.
• Follows a structured sales process while communicating naturally.
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills ("on time is 5 minutes late").
• Comfortable analysing conversion rates at each pipeline stage.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, HubSpot a plus.
