Merchandiser – Flexible Part‑Time (Stockton‑on‑Tees)

About the role

As an in‑store Merchandiser for Smiths News you will bring products to life on the shop floor, managing point‑of‑sale placement, stock replenishment and visual displays across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain visually impactful point‑of‑sale displays.
• Replenish stock and audit inventory levels.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and managers.
• Plan and execute cost‑effective visit routes.
• Ensure displays stay on‑brand and tidy.
• Collect travel time and mileage data for reimbursement.

Required profile

• Friendly, confident with a can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Located within 15 miles of Stockton‑on‑Tees.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
