MHE Instructor

About the role

We are looking for an accredited MHE Instructor to join our established MHE team at The Entertainer site in Banbury. You will be responsible for delivering safe‑use training, testing, monitoring and mentoring colleagues on material handling equipment, as well as producing the required documentation and certificates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver MHE training in line with accrediting body standards and site guidelines.
• Test, assess and certify trainees, maintaining accurate training records.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and act as an ambassador for learning.
• Stay up‑to‑date with MHE regulations and health & safety legislation.
• Produce and manage training documentation, issuing certificates to the site admin team.

Required profile

• Current MHE trainer qualification and recent regular training activity, or experienced MHE operator with valid licences seeking trainer qualification.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Holder of Counterbalance (minimum) licence plus Reach, VNA and PPT licences.
• Flexible approach to meet business needs and strong stakeholder relationship skills.
• Accurate administration abilities with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
