About the role

Havas Lynx, a global agency specialising in healthcare communications, is seeking a multi‑disciplinary Mid‑Weight Designer to join its creative team. You will turn complex scientific and data‑driven content into clear, compelling visual solutions and help shape the visual direction of high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact information and data visualisations that make research and scientific content easy to understand.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters from concept stage, using design to generate and refine campaign ideas.
• Bring design thinking to brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative direction.
• Explore AI‑assisted design tools and new creative technologies to accelerate visual exploration.
• Act as the design voice within project teams, offering constructive feedback and visual improvements.
• Learn from senior designers and develop a distinct creative voice within the agency.

Required profile

• Mid‑weight designer with experience in multi‑disciplinary creative environments.
• Ability to translate complex data, research and scientific information into clear visual formats.
• Strong collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute early in the creative process.
• Eagerness to experiment with AI tools and stay up‑to‑date with emerging design technologies.
