Mission Systems Technician

About the role

The Mission Systems Technician is a technical specialist responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and sustaining airborne ISR mission systems. This position ensures continuous system readiness through hands‑on troubleshooting, field‑level repairs, and validation of mission equipment throughout its lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain airborne ISR mission systems, including EO/IR sensor suites, tactical radios, and mission computers.
• Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and field‑level repairs to resolve system faults.
• Execute software updates and manage configuration control for mission equipment.
• Validate system performance and readiness prior to operational deployment.
• Support integration of new mission systems and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience working with airborne ISR mission systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage the full lifecycle of mission equipment.
• Willingness to operate in field environments and travel as required.
