Mixed Tax Supervisor – Hybrid Working

About the role

We are partnering with a top‑50 accountancy firm in Watford to recruit a Mixed Tax Supervisor. The role offers a blend of personal, corporate, partnership and trust tax work, allowing you to manage your own client portfolio while benefiting from a supportive, progressive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and review tax work prepared by junior team members.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and HMRC on compliance and advisory matters.
• Deliver a range of advisory services, including capital allowances, share schemes, R&D, and SEIS/EIS projects.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• ATT, ACA, ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with at least three years of practice tax experience.
• CTA part‑qualified candidates are welcome, with full study support available.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and the confidence to supervise junior staff.
• Excellent client communication skills.
