About the role
Portico is expanding its mobile reception team to support a new client portfolio. As a Mobile Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for guests and colleagues, delivering high‑quality service across multiple ground‑floor reception desks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑desk support on a 40‑hour weekly schedule, covering various shifts Monday‑Friday.
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls and manage email correspondence professionally.
- Maintain reception areas, handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth hand‑overs between shifts.
- Build rapport with guests, clients and internal teams to enhance the overall experience.
Required profile
- Friendly, “can‑do” attitude with a genuine smile.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible to work across several reception desks.
- Previous high‑end customer service experience in hospitality, airlines, retail or corporate settings.
- Valid SIA licence is highly desirable.
