Model Manager

About the role

HDR is seeking a Model Manager to lead the digital model environment for large‑scale projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to create and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan, ensuring that all discipline models and construction documents are coordinated and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables from project initiation.
• Develop, update, and monitor the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and communicate deliverable schedules to the project team.
• Maintain model health, coordination processes, and company standards from planning through construction document issuance.
• Host coordination meetings, conduct design reviews, and oversee 3D coordination.
• Archive project data at submittal and close‑out stages.

Required profile

• Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design and BIM coordination.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight and guide project team members.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with HDR management, production staff, and clients.
