Mortgage Advisor – Hybrid role in Wokingham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our established mortgage and protection business. Working hybrid from our Wokingham/Winnersh office, you will receive warm leads and full administrative support, allowing you to focus on writing mortgage and protection business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert warm mortgage leads sourced from estate agency partnerships.
• Provide mortgage and protection solutions to clients across the whole market.
• Maintain compliance and documentation standards with full support from the compliance team.
• Collaborate with the admin team to ensure efficient processing of applications.
• Travel to nearby offices as required to support business needs.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a mortgage advisor with strong business generation.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (2‑3 days in the office).
• Estate agency experience is a benefit but not mandatory.
• CeMap qualification or equivalent is preferred.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary up to £35,000 per year.
• OTE up to £65,000 with 10‑15% commission, no cap.
