About the role

We are looking for a passionate Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our Bath office. You will help clients navigate the home‑buying process, provide expert mortgage advice and ensure they have appropriate protection coverage.

Key responsibilities

Chat with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
Offer honest, expert advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
Guide customers through each stage of the home‑buying journey.
Stay up‑to‑date with market changes and lender criteria.

Required profile

CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
Previous experience in mortgage advising.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage your own workload.
