Multilingual Customer Care Advisor – French Speaking

About the role

Join JD Group as a Multilingual Customer Care Advisor, providing top‑class support to French‑speaking customers across multiple channels. You will help resolve inquiries, process orders and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our sports‑fashion clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound contacts via phone, email, social media and live chat, addressing product questions, issues and complaints before and after purchase.
• Take telesales orders, set clear delivery expectations and provide technical assistance for website orders.
• Offer product information, guide customers toward informed purchase decisions and communicate service details.
• Manage written correspondence, perform general administrative duties and accurately record contact reasons.
• Encourage customer feedback, suggest improvements to management and explain processes when deviations occur.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment (desirable).
• Calm, focused attitude in challenging situations and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Creative problem‑solver, adaptable to fast‑changing systems and processes.
• Commitment to confidentiality, compliance and a 24/7 operational schedule.
• Self‑starter with strong judgement under pressure, excellent communication and a positive demeanor.
