National Account Manager – Grocery & Health Retail

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established consumer health and nutrition brand with strong retail distribution. The National Account Manager will own a portfolio of grocery and health‑retail accounts in Central London, driving growth through strategic partnership and new business development.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of grocery and health‑retail accounts.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans to achieve sustainable growth.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions and range.
• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities within accounts.
• Use data and category insight to inform strategy and range decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Report performance clearly to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Current experience at National Account Manager level within FMCG.
• Proven track record managing grocery or health‑retail accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with data and category insight.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, organised and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in health, wellness or nutrition is a plus.
