New Car Sales Consultant – Mercedes-Benz

About the role

We are looking for a motivated New Car Sales Consultant to join our Mercedes‑Benz dealership in Loughton. You will be the primary point of contact for customers buying a new Mercedes‑Benz, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience from first visit to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying journey.
• Provide accurate product information and arrange test drives.
• Maintain a high level of service on every interaction, aiming for first‑time right outcomes.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, to meet customer demand.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to dealership profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive sales (minimum requirement).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (beneficial).
• Willingness to attend an assessment centre as part of the recruitment process.
