New Client Enquiry Coordinator

About the role

As the first point of contact for Express Solicitors, you will welcome new clients and guide them through the early stages of their personal injury claim. You will handle enquiries by phone and email, ensuring each person feels listened to and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a 5‑star client experience from the first contact.
• Respond to enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Gather essential information to assess claim validity.
• Maintain accurate client records using the firm’s case‑management system.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team to ensure efficient handling of each enquiry.
• Work a rotating shift pattern, including occasional weekend shifts.

What we offer

• Base pay of £13.63 per hour.
• Uncapped commission (average £200 / month, top performers £300‑£400).
