Night Concierge – Residential Development

About the role

We are looking for a professional Night Concierge to join a high‑quality residential development in Wembley. The role involves welcoming residents and visitors, maintaining security throughout the night, and providing a friendly, reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
• Monitor access points and ensure the building remains secure.
• Carry out regular night patrols and report any issues.
• Handle parcel deliveries and key management procedures.
• Respond promptly to resident enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Liaise with contractors, emergency services and the management team as required.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate shift records.
• Keep communal areas safe, clean and presentable during the night shift.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a concierge, front‑of‑house or security role.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stay calm and confident in emergency situations.
• Attention to detail and capacity to work independently.

Required skills

• Good IT and administrative skills.
