Night Driver – 18T Class 2 (C) – CM11 Depot

About the role

We are seeking a reliable 18‑tonne Class 2 (C) driver to join our team at the CM11 depot in Billericay. The role involves night shifts, operating well‑planned routes from Corby to London and back, with full support from a dedicated operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Collect your allocated 18‑tonne vehicle at the CM11 depot each shift.
• Travel to Corby (NN18) to load pallets and cages.
• Complete a scheduled London delivery route covering locations such as Piccadilly, St Pancras, Royal Exchange and Heathrow Terminal 5.
• Collect returns at designated stops for delivery back to Corby on the following night.
• Return the vehicle to the depot and perform end‑of‑shift checks.

Required profile

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Current CPC and tacho card.
• Proven experience driving 18‑tonne/Class 2 vehicles, preferably on night shifts.
• Professional attitude and good communication skills.
• Experience with London deliveries is advantageous but not essential.
