About the role
The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations from sundown to sunrise, ensuring guests receive celebrity‑level service and that brand standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams during night shifts.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints and special requests promptly.
- Maintain safety, security and cleanliness standards throughout the property.
- Monitor and control service charge (TRONC) distribution.
- Prepare shift reports and hand over to the day team.
Required profile
- Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced night environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
- Flexibility to work a 4‑on/4‑off rotating schedule.
