Night Reception Team Member – Part‑Time (16 h/week)

About the role

Join the Night Reception team at Travelodge South Croydon on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving overnight, ensuring a smooth check‑in experience and a safe, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and complete check‑in procedures during night shifts.
• Patrol corridors regularly and address noise complaints or other guest issues.
• Handle occasional evictions in accordance with hotel policy.
• Prepare the hotel for the next day, including setting up housekeeping trolleys.
• Assist with breakfast service setup and occasional bar duties.

Required profile

• No prior hospitality experience required; training will be provided.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with good communication skills.
• Ability to work night hours and remain reliable throughout the shift.
• Comfortable handling guest queries and occasional conflict situations.
