Night Reception Team Member (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join Travelodge in Chester as a Night Reception Team Member on a part‑time basis. No prior experience is required – we will train you to handle front‑desk duties throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check them in and issue room keys.
• Patrol corridors regularly and address noise complaints or evictions when needed.
• Prepare the hotel for the next day by organising housekeeping trolleys and setting up breakfast service.
• Occasionally assist behind the bar and support other night‑time operations.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and reliable with a willingness to learn.
• No previous hospitality experience required.
