Night Receptionist – Full‑Time

About the role

Join the team at voco Oxford Thames as a Night Receptionist, providing attentive service to guests during the overnight shift (22:45‑07:00). You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late, handling check‑ins, queries and any issues that arise throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Perform night‑time front‑desk operations, including check‑in and check‑out.
• Serve alcoholic beverages to guests when required.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints and special requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the night.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering excellent guest service.
• Previous experience in reception, guest relations or concierge roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider hotel team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera PMS (preferred).
