About the role
Join Toolstation as a Store Assistant in Ashton‑under‑Lyne, working 20 hours per week in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You’ll be the friendly face of the store, helping trade professionals and DIY enthusiasts find the right tools and supplies.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and unpack deliveries, stock shelves and keep the store tidy.
- Assist customers, answer questions about products and promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
- Prepare orders for collection and ensure accurate fulfilment.
- Maintain high store standards and support colleagues during busy periods.
Required profile
- Warm, friendly personality with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Reliability and flexibility to work early starts and late finishes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
