Night Stock Picker – 6pm Start

About the role

Join Aldi’s fast‑growing warehouse team in Chelmsford as a Night Stock Picker. Your shift starts at 6 pm and you’ll work through the evening, with a night premium applied from 10 pm to 4 am.

Key responsibilities

• Pick stock for designated Aldi stores using a headset to receive instructions.
• Load picked items onto the correct pallets for driver collection.
• Verify store numbers and ensure all paperwork is accurate before dispatch.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and work efficiently in a team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Reliability and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Comfort working night hours and adhering to a 4‑days‑on, 2‑days‑off rota.
• Basic numeracy for checking store numbers and paperwork.

Required skills

• Use of a headset communication system.
