Nights Front Office Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a warm, welcoming Nights Front Office Attendant to be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at Treehouse Manchester. You will ensure a personable, relaxing and effortless experience throughout each guest’s stay, especially during night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests during night shifts, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Handle night‑time departures, billing and key returns efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests and complaints with a courteous and solution‑focused approach.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized and fully stocked.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security and other departments to resolve any issues that arise during the night.
• Record and report any incidents or irregularities to the day‑shift team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front office, guest services or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor and a can‑do attitude.
• Ability to multitask, work accurately under pressure and pay attention to detail.
• Flexible, approachable and a team player.
