Nightshift Operations Supervisor

About the role

Amazon Logistics is looking for a Nightshift Operations Supervisor to lead a team of associates during the 00:30‑11:00 shift, Wednesday‑Saturday. You will be the first point of contact for team members, ensuring that safety, quality and productivity standards are met while supporting the Shift/Area Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows, track on‑site performance and relay shift information to frontline management.
• Support, train and supervise employees in daily tasks to deliver great service.
• Assist the Shift/Area Manager with projects aimed at process improvement, safety, and workforce engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve common issues and support key performance areas.
• Use data analysis to identify opportunities to optimise safety, quality and productivity.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Ability to lead a team during night‑shift hours and act as the senior point of contact on the floor.
• Strong communication skills to convey procedures, safety rules and priority plans.
• Willingness to support shift planning and escalation of issues.
