No7 Advisor – Beauty & Skincare Consultant

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic No7 Advisors to join our beauty counters in London. In this customer‑facing role you will guide shoppers through their skincare and makeup journeys, using No7’s science‑led products and personalised advice to build confidence and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the 12‑month Skin School programme and obtain a CIBTAC qualification.
• Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations, using diagnostic tools and product demonstrations.
• Explain the science behind No7 ingredients in clear, relatable terms.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting offers, new launches and innovations.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain a well‑presented counter that reflects the premium yet accessible positioning of No7.
• Collaborate with the wider Boots team to ensure exceptional service and commercial results.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for skincare and makeup with a desire to help customers feel confident.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with shoppers.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to stay up‑to‑date with beauty trends.
• Enjoyment of meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles is a plus.

Required skills

• Ability to explain product benefits clearly and simply.
• Basic knowledge of skincare ingredients and makeup techniques.
