About the role

Join a dynamic team supporting children aged 0‑4 in Sidcup nurseries. This flexible position allows you to choose your working days while contributing to early years learning and development.

Key responsibilities

Engage children in messy play, arts and crafts, singing, storytelling and role‑play.
Support structured learning activities and educational routines.
Supervise outdoor play and garden time, ensuring safety.
Assist with feeding and toileting when required.
Help maintain a safe, nurturing environment alongside permanent staff.

Required profile

Childcare qualification or at least 3 months of professional childcare experience.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
Reliable, flexible and professional approach.
Genuine passion for working with children.

Required skills

What we offer

Complete flexibility – choose the days you work.
Working hours between 08:00‑18:00, Monday to Friday.
Competitive hourly rates (£10.90‑£14.00).
