Nursery Teacher – Early Years Specialist

About the role
Join an Outstanding Ofsted‑rated children’s centre in Greenford as a Nursery Teacher. You will lead a small group of key children, deliver high‑quality EYFS provision and work within a supportive, inclusive team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Welcom assessments, reviews and STP reviews in partnership with the SENCO.
- Plan, observe and assess approximately eight key children, ensuring individual progress.
- Maintain a child‑to‑staff ratio of no more than 26 children per room.
- Utilise Tapestry and EY Works for record‑keeping and curriculum planning.
- Collaborate with two qualified Scale 5 Early Years Practitioners and additional part‑time staff.
Required profile
- EYTS or QTS qualification.
- Minimum three years of EYFS teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment tools.
- Confident classroom leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, nurturing approach suited to early years education.
