Nursery Teacher – Half Day Mornings

About the role
Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Nursery Teacher for a well‑rated primary school in West London. The position is a half‑day, morning role (8 am‑12 pm, Monday‑Friday, term time) running from September 2026 to July 2027. It offers a temporary, full‑time contract with the possibility of extension or a permanent offer based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver EYFS and KS1 lessons.
- Mark work, assess progress and report to parents during evenings.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and follow school policies.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of EYFS/KS1 teaching experience in the UK.
- Current safeguarding training (within the last year).
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS with online update service.
- Two professional references covering the last two years.
