Office & Creative Assistant – Fashion & Eyewear Brand

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Office & Creative Assistant to support our two London‑based eyewear brands, For Art’s Sake and Esmont. The role blends hands‑on administrative duties with a strong focus on visual design, e‑commerce and content creation, offering exposure to fashion, product development and brand building.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with creative projects, including product renders, visual concepts and campaign assets.
• Support product design using Blender, Photoshop and, when required, CAD tools.
• Maintain and update the Shopify store – product uploads, page edits and basic merchandising.
• Contribute to website improvements, landing pages and minor HTML/CSS edits.
• Create social‑media content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and newsletters.
• Help organise photoshoots, product launches and trade‑show materials.
• Provide general office support, including occasional admin, warehouse and sales assistance.

Required profile

• Strong visual eye with a passion for fashion, luxury eyewear and branding.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
• Self‑starter attitude with willingness to help across different departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Blender or other 3D rendering software.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD tools (optional).
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms.
• Fundamental HTML and CSS coding skills for theme edits.
