On-site IT Triage Technician – London

About the role

We are seeking an On-site IT Triage Technician to join a busy, fast‑paced support team in London. The role is hands‑on and customer‑facing, ideal for someone who enjoys first‑line troubleshooting, working under pressure and delivering excellent service to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for IT applications and hardware.
• Log, diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Install, configure and maintain devices and software.
• Manage user accounts and mobile devices via Microsoft InTune.
• Support desk moves and office set‑ups.
• Deliver support through phone, Teams, email and face‑to‑face interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 1st‑line IT support.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Organised, proactive and detail‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
