Online Elementary School Teacher (ESL) – 1-on-1

About the role

Cosmo 1:1 is seeking experienced elementary‑school teachers to deliver 1‑on‑1 online ESL lessons to students in Singapore and Hong Kong. You will work from a quiet home office, setting your own schedule while meeting a minimum of 20 teaching hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction using the Cosmo curriculum.
• Prepare age‑appropriate lesson materials and adapt them to each student’s ability.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo app and attend all scheduled classes on time.
• Submit class feedback after each lesson and communicate professionally with parents and students.
• Maintain a reliable internet connection and a suitable computer setup.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching K‑12 English Language Arts.
• Experience teaching ESL learners.
• Teaching qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Based in the United Kingdom and able to work between 8 AM‑2 PM GMT on weekdays or 5 AM‑2 PM GMT on weekends.
