Operations Associate / Senior Associate – Finance (Hedge Fund Experience)

About the role

Tether Operations Limited is looking for an Operations Associate or Senior Associate to join its Finance team in London. The role supports the day‑to‑day functioning of a multi‑asset investment and treasury platform, focusing on trade operations, reconciliations, digital‑asset workflows and process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor trade operations across multiple asset classes.
• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of cash, securities and digital‑asset balances.
• Maintain and improve digital‑asset workflow processes.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with treasury, compliance and technology teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in hedge‑fund or similar finance environments is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global, hybrid team.
