Operations Associate / Senior Associate – Finance (Multi‑Asset/Hedge Fund Exposure)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Associate or Senior Associate to join Tether’s Finance team in London. The role supports the day‑to‑day functioning of a multi‑asset investment and treasury platform, helping the business manage trade operations, reconciliations and digital‑asset workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor trade operations across multiple asset classes.
• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of cash, securities and digital‑asset balances.
• Maintain and improve digital‑asset workflow processes.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with treasury, compliance and technology teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global fintech environment.
