Operations Manager – High‑Growth Robotics Startup

About the role

Adamo is a seed‑stage robotics company building a teleoperation platform. As Operations Manager you will act as the “second brain” to the founders, driving cross‑border execution and building the operational backbone of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑border operations and data‑collection coordination with teams in Mexico and Morocco.
• Design and optimise internal workflows for accounting, compliance and vendor management.
• Negotiate with landlords, legal entities and service providers on behalf of the founders.
• Set up international entities and manage legal coordination.
• Support the founders in strategic decision‑making and day‑to‑day execution.

Required profile

• 1.5–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB, Big 4) or high‑growth startup operations.
• Strong academic background and ability to think structurally in fast‑paced environments.
• Passion for robotics or deep‑tech and resilience to navigate complex international legal and administrative challenges.
