Operations Manager – Multi‑Site QSR (Up to 10 sites)

About the role

Join one of the UK’s fastest‑growing quick‑service restaurant brands as an Operations Manager overseeing a cluster of up to ten sites in Northeast London. You will be a visible, hands‑on leader, working directly in restaurants to coach General Managers, drive commercial performance and ensure each outlet operates at its full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales, labour %, and EBITDA contribution across the assigned sites.
• Increase revenue through average ticket value improvement, delivery mix optimisation and local sales initiatives.
• Identify cost variances quickly and act without compromising quality or standards.
• Recruit, develop and retain high‑performing General Managers; build succession pipelines.
• Coach under‑performing managers with structured improvement plans.
• Maintain food quality, speed of service, cleanliness and guest experience at every location.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Support new restaurant openings – from pre‑opening preparation to launch execution.

Required profile

• Proven multi‑site QSR or fast‑casual operations experience (minimum five sites, ideally eight‑plus).
• Strong commercial acumen – comfortable with labour %, gross profit margin and EBITDA metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop General Managers and build self‑sufficient teams.
• High energy, physically present leadership style; GMs and teams should know you well.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑growth, lean environment with rapid change.
• Fully flexible to work across Northeast London.
