Operations Officer

About the role

Alpha Bank London is seeking an Operations Officer to support its Customer, Loan & Operations Deposit teams. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely processing of customer and loan operations while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operational activities across customer, loan and deposit functions.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry, verification and workflow management.
• Handle routine queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Manage end‑to‑end mortgage servicing, including account updates, daily tasks, customer instructions and redemption processing.
• Produce clear, compliant customer communications such as statements and ESIS documents.
• Identify and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in banking or financial‑services operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Adaptable and proactive when facing challenges.
