Outbound Telephone Fundraiser

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Outbound Telephone Fundraisers to support leading UK charities. In this role you will use your voice to inspire potential supporters and turn conversations into vital donations that help people, animals and communities across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound fundraising calls on behalf of prominent charities.
• Build positive, engaging conversations with potential supporters.
• Clearly communicate the impact of charitable donations.
• Convert interest into regular, ongoing contributions.
• Work towards targets while ensuring a great supporter experience.

Required profile

• Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with a wide range of people.
• Motivated by targets and able to work independently.
• Genuine desire to make a difference for charitable causes.

Required skills

What we offer

• Flexible working patterns between 9 am and 9 pm, Monday to Sunday.
• Option to work from the Lostwithiel office or remotely from home.
• Minimum wage per hour plus on‑target bonuses of up to £15 k per year.
