Paralegal – Commercial Contracts (Hybrid, Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Paralegal with commercial contracts expertise to support the legal counsel of a UK‑based flexible electronics company. The role is hybrid, requiring attendance at the Cambridge office one day per month, with the remainder of the work performed remotely. The position starts immediately on a three‑month fixed‑term basis, with the potential to become a permanent in‑house role.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage NDAs and standard commercial contracts using existing templates and guidance.
• Assist with contract reviews, tracking, filing, and maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Provide company secretarial and governance administration under the supervision of the General Counsel.
• Support the legal function by handling tasks that would otherwise occupy senior lawyers, ensuring responsiveness and agility.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a paralegal handling commercial contracts, either in‑house or in private practice.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and capable of independent work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A genuine interest in technology and the flexible electronics sector.
