Paralegal – Commercial Property (Energy & Natural Resources)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paralegal with 1‑2 years of commercial property experience to join a growing in‑house legal team within the energy and natural resources sector. The role will support conveyancing matters and act as the first point of contact for client enquiries and updates.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries, attend project calls and provide timely updates.
• Prepare and dispatch updates to clients from various sources.
• Search the Land Registry, download titles, and perform document checks.
• Compile Legal Instruction Packs and issue instructions to external solicitors.
• Assist with conveyancing processes and manage land‑rights documentation.

Required profile

• UK Law degree with at least a 2:1 classification.
• 1‑2 years experience in commercial property law, either in‑house or private practice.
• Relevant qualifications or legal training in commercial property law.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
