Paralegal – German Language (Full‑time)

About the role

Integreon is looking for native or fluent German‑speaking Paralegals to join its fast‑growing Law Enforcement Request (LER) team supporting a premium e‑commerce client. This full‑time position involves handling sensitive legal requests from domestic and international law‑enforcement agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Review, triage, and process a variety of law‑enforcement requests.
• Analyze large legal documents with high accuracy.
• Identify and flag process inconsistencies, escalating urgent issues.
• Prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal oversight.
• Collate relevant matter information and create data productions for law‑enforcement.
• Update client systems and monitor email/queue for incoming requests.
• Conduct follow‑ups and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet defined KPIs and productivity metrics.

Required profile

• Fluency in German (native or fluent).
• Bachelor’s degree in law or a legal conversion (non‑law graduates with relevant experience considered).
• 1‑3 years of experience in the legal or law‑enforcement sector.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive matters.
• Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) on UK business hours (9 am‑5:30 pm).
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
