Paraplanner – Boutique Wealth Management (Leatherhead)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Paraplanner to join a boutique wealth‑management firm serving high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients in Leatherhead. The role sits within the client services team and involves end‑to‑end report writing, maintaining client accounts and acting as a primary point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports covering pensions, investments, tax planning, cash‑flow modelling and retirement strategies.
• Manage existing client accounts, ensuring timely communication and service delivery.
• Assist advisers in compiling advice documentation and recommendations.
• Utilise Intelligent Office and Voyant cash‑flow modelling tools to support analysis.
• Support the growth of the firm’s assets under management through high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• Currently studying towards a Level 4 diploma (CII, CISI or LIBF) and committed to ongoing CPD.
• Highly organised, pragmatic and able to “muck in” within a busy office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
