About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified Paraplanner to join a well‑known Chartered Financial Planning firm in Sevenoaks. The role is hybrid, offering a competitive salary of £45‑50k plus discretionary bonus and a supportive, growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings alongside advisers and contribute to financial planning discussions.
• Prepare and review financial plans for high‑net‑worth clients, including cash‑flow forecasts using Voyant.
• Research and recommend suitable pension, investment, inheritance tax, estate planning and protection solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and produce reports in Excel and Word.
• Support the team in meeting regulatory and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma qualified Paraplanner with substantial experience in pensions, investments, inheritance tax, estate planning and protection.
• Proven ability to work on high‑net‑worth cases and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including pursuit of Chartered status.
