Paraplanner – Hybrid Working – £42k-50k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a well‑established Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice in Sussex. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, with two days working from home and three days in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review comprehensive financial plans for clients.
• Support the IFA team with research, analysis and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Produce reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Assist with the administration of client portfolios and investment recommendations.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Paraplanner with proven experience in an IFA environment.
• Ability to travel to the Horsham office on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
