Paraplanner – Wealth Management (Hybrid)

About the role

Eden Rose, a well‑established wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing financial planning team. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to work on a broad range of complex financial planning cases while supporting advisers in delivering high‑quality advice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and technical analysis across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
• Prepare high‑quality suitability reports and recommendation documents.
• Support advisers during client review meetings and annual review processes.
• Undertake provider and product research, including cash‑flow modelling.
• Liaise with providers, advisers and support staff to progress cases efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with FCA and internal compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with client servicing activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or wealth management firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning.
• Excellent report‑writing and research abilities.
• Level 6 qualification, Chartered status preferred or working towards it.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
