Paraplanner – Wealth Management (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a leading wealth management firm as a Paraplanner and support financial advisors in delivering tailored solutions for clients. This hybrid role offers three days in the Brighton office and two days remote, allowing you to balance collaboration with flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed client reports and recommendations covering pensions, investments, and protection.
• Conduct research and analysis to ensure solutions align with clients' financial goals.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and keep accurate records.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and product providers to ensure a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within wealth management or financial planning.
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or progress towards it.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities with a client‑focused mindset.
