Part-Time Housekeeper (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable part‑time housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of its residential community in London. Working 20 hours per week, you will support a friendly team to ensure residents enjoy a tidy, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean reception areas, offices, common spaces, restrooms and designated resident rooms.
• Perform daily litter picks in all external areas of the community.
• Refresh empty rooms, show flats and make‑ready apartments throughout the day.
• Conduct weekly deep‑clean flush‑downs of vacant units in line with health‑and‑safety policies.
• Report hazards, maintenance issues and resident concerns to the Community Manager.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request re‑orders when needed.
• Support ad‑hoc resident queries and assist the Community Manager with additional tasks.

Required profile

Required skills

• Experience with standard cleaning equipment and supplies.
