Part-Time Sales Assistant - Leeds

About the role

Footasylum, a UK retailer of streetwear and sportswear, is hiring a part-time Sales Assistant for its Leeds store. The role is 8 hours per week with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, and pays between £8.00 and £12.71 per hour plus a 30% staff discount. Key responsibilities

• Style complete outfits for customers, including kicks, layers, accessories and care kits
• Know the products and the brand culture, from heritage drops to new releases
• Host launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions and in-store activations
• Drive sales, hit KPIs and build baskets
• Keep the store visually appealing and well stocked

Required profile

• Familiar with sport and streetwear fashion
• Outgoing, confident and approachable, with a passion for trainers and streetwear
• Flexible for evenings and weekends, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a growth mindset, open to feedback
• Right to work in the UK; under 18s cannot work past 10pm
