Part-Time Store Colleague - Luton

About the role

A part-time Store Colleague position in Luton, working evenings on an 8-hour contract. You will deliver a positive customer experience on the shop floor, helping customers feel valued and supported while keeping the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers confidently, give product information and support, and recommend suitable products to help achieve team sales objectives
• Maintain high standards of presentation: keep fixtures, displays and stock areas clean, organised and well maintained
• Replenish stock and display products correctly in line with company standards
• Complete operational tasks such as processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing and preparing deliveries
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements, and work collaboratively with colleagues
• Support with additional duties as reasonably required
